Holding a master's degree in Exercise Science, I am a certified personal trainer and a nutrition coach. As the founder and owner of Studio Thrive, a fitness studio providing various services such as group training classes, personal training, small group training, nutrition coaching, wellness coaching, wellness challenges, and more, I bring a wealth of experience to your wellness journey.
